· Upper furnace vessel with a capacity of 5.0 tons, mounted on a mobile frame
for longitudinal and lateral travel via rails.
· 2 hydraulic tilting cylinders, supplied with a dedicated hydraulic power unit.
· Electromechanical stopper pouring device.
· Control cabinet featuring a 400 kVA, 400 V dry-type step transformer.
· Operator control cabinets for the channel furnace and Pour-Tech system.
· Pour-Tech camera system with point and laser sensors for
precise measurement of the pouring basin fill level.
· Spare 5.0-ton upper furnace vessel with quick-change frame
· 2 Channel Inductors, 350 kW each (one in like-new condition).
· Inoculation system.
· Water recirculation cooling system (primary circuit).
· Out of service since December 2025
