After several years of cooperation, DISA awards TCT order to completely overhaul a used Disamatic molding line as its first joint project. An existing Disamatic flaskless moulding line of the type 2013 MK5 PLC from a US foundry was delivered to TCT.
In a joint assessment the measures for the overhaul were determined. The repairs are carried out by the experienced TCT team with active technical instruction by DISA Service technicians. A particular challenge here is the conversion of the system from American standards to European, such as from 60 Hz power supply to 50 Hz. For the overhaul only DISA original spare & wear parts are being used.
